2.2 While we strive to display colours and designs accurately, actual product colours may vary slightly due to screen settings or natural material variations.
2.3 Installation services (if applicable) are carried out by experienced professionals and scheduled at a mutually agreed time.
3. Pricing and Payments
3.1 All prices are in Australian Dollars and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
3.2 A deposit may be required upon placing an order, with the balance due before or upon delivery/installation.
3.3 Payments must be made via the methods listed on our website or invoice.
4. Order Process and Cancellation
4.1 Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit (if applicable) and written acknowledgment from us.
4.2 If cancellation is approved after this period, charges may apply to cover material and labour costs.
5. Delivery and Installation
5.1 Estimated delivery and installation timelines will be provided upon order confirmation.
5.2 We will not be held responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., supplier delays, weather conditions).
5.3 You must ensure the installation area is accessible and ready; additional charges may apply for unforeseen site issues.
6. Warranty and Returns
6.1 Our shutter materials come with a 10-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.
6.2 Our shutter motors come with a 5-year warranty.
6.3 The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper care, or unauthorised modifications.
6.4 Returns or refunds are not available for custom-made products unless they are faulty.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
7.2 Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product or service in question.
